Motto of Al-Mustafa Int’l University for New Academic Year Revealed
Hojat-ol-Islam Seyed Hamid Jazayeri, the university’s academic deputy, told IQNA that Al-Mustafa International University is active in line with religious objectives as a pioneering scholarly institution.
The university seeks and seeks more efficiency and that means coordination between educational goals and programs, he said.
Religious education at the university is based on rationality, justice, spirituality and civilization building and what is said is from the Sunnah of the Infallibles (AS), the Holy Quran and Aql (intellect) the cleric added.
He also noted that an educational development plan is going to be implemented at the university.
Based on the plan, the number of academic fields and subfields offered at the university will rise from 140 to 400, he stated.
They are in six areas, including Fiqh and Osul, Quran and Hadith, Islamic humanities, and philosophy and theology, the official explained.
Social Fiqh, Fiqh of medicine, Quran and Health, Quran and astronomy, Quran and management, Quran and psychology, history of Islam, Islamic civilization, new theology, Abrahamic and non-Abrahamic faiths, and Islamic philosophy are the subfields offered at Al-Mustafa, he went on to say.
Al-Mustafa International University is a religious and Islamic university established to expand and introduce Islamic and religious teachings in the world through modern facilities and technologies.
It is a scholarly and educational institution that like other such institutions strives to develop thought and help society and humanity.
The academic center is known internationally and has trained many prominent scholars and researchers.
The university has many overseas branches for non-Iranian Muslims who seek to study Islam and related subjects.
It offers graduate, post-graduate and PhD courses in various fields.
